We will replace all defective items within 30 days (one year for cell phones). Please email us for detailed replacement procedure before sending back your product. All accessories such as batteries are under warranty for 3 days. You can also buy an extended warranty from SquareTrade.

• We will replace items which are malfunctioning items for 30 days from the date you receive them. Items which have physical abuse are not covered by the warranty.
• For Cell Phones, we offer one year warranty. Buyer need to pay two way shipping freight.
• Returns are usually processed within 2-4 days from the time there received.
• Buyer accepts responsibility to pay for return freight for any reason except DOA (dead on arrival).
• Our policy allows for exchanges only. No refunds. If buyer insists on a refund, they will be subject to a 15 % restocking fee.
• All accessories such as Bluetooth headsets, batteries, etc come with a 3 day warranty for DOA.
• All items returned must be in "Like New" condition with no cosmetic or technical damage.
